Terms & Conditions

Campbell ID

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Campbell ID. By placing an order, the client agrees to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Orders & Production

All products supplied by Campbell ID are custom-made to order.

Once an order has been confirmed and artwork approval has been received, the order is deemed final. Due to the automated and custom production process, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or modified after confirmation.

Campbell ID reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to production at its discretion.

2. Artwork Approval

By providing written approval of artwork, the client confirms that all details have been reviewed and approved for production. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Design layout and positioning
  • Colours and branding elements
  • Garment style, sizes and quantities
  • Product specifications

Once approval is provided, Campbell ID accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions contained in the approved proof.

The client acknowledges that slight colour variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed products due to screen settings, materials and production processes.

3. Refunds & Returns

Defective Goods Only

Returns are accepted solely for goods that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed.

Claim Period

All claims must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order.

Condition of Goods

Items must be unused and free from visible wear, misuse, or cosmetic staining (including makeup).

No Change of Mind

As products are customised, returns will not be accepted for change of mind.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Campbell ID is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, freight carriers, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Refunds or compensation will not be issued for such delays.

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

5. Pricing & Promotions

Eligible not-for-profit organisations may receive a five percent (5%) discount. Verification may be required.

Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated.

Standard artwork mock-ups and basic setup are provided at no additional charge unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campbell ID’s liability is limited to the replacement of faulty goods or the refund of the purchase price of the affected items.
